Our Timeline of Growth

  • Started Nirmala Constructions as a Contractor for Copper Cable Installation.

    1988

  • Installed Co-ax connectivity between New Telecom Building & TV Tower and between Deccan Herald & Co-ax station, both in Bangalore.

    1990

  • Constructed DOT's first fibre optic backbone in Karnataka between Karwar and Kumta.

    1995

  • Constructed the land route of SMW3 - the second submarine fibre optic cable to land in India.

    1999

  • Achieved 1800 KM of Fibre Optic Backbone in a single calendar year in South India.

    Completed offshore cable burial operations in SMW4, Chennai.

    Installed ducts by using Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) method.

    2004-2005

  • Constructed 150 KM of Metro Area Network for Vodafone in Bangalore.

    2012-2013

  • Designed and built ELCITA (Electronic City Industrial Area) for Vodafone in a 32 KM ring architecture with redundancies.

    2014-2015

  • Completed 26 Direct Shore End landings for KLI in Kochi and Eleven Islands of Lakshadweep.

    Installation of 396 Clamps over the submarine cable up to 20M water depth in Coral sub-strata in Lakshadweep.

    2021-2022

  • Diversified into work on the FHTC Project on three islands of Lakshadweep, providing potable water to 5,500 households.

    Provided services in the submarine cable repair in MIST, Mumbai.

Our Leadership

Paul Francis Pinto, Managing Partner, NCTI LLP

Mr. Francis has been a part of the Telecom Journey in India from Inception to the Last Mile. Starting out over thirty years ago with a vision to build a Professional and Ethical Company to service the needs of the Telecom Industry, he has installed tens of thousands of kilometers of all types of Copper and Fibre Optic Cable Networks across India. Over the last twenty years he has also expanded his expertise into the domain of Submarine Cable Projects.

Carmel Bina Pinto, Managing Partner, NCTI LLP

Has a background as a HR Professional with various Corporates including Intel. She continues to bring her HR expertise along with strategy, finance, and customer engagement to NCTI LLP.

B Dinakaran

Has been with the Company for over two decades. He has wide ranging experience from Site Supervision to Project Management & Customer Interaction. Today he serves as the General Manager, Projects. He is also an ISO Internal Auditor.

Vinayaka Bodala

Has been with the Company for a decade. He is the Head of Finance. In addition, he heads Bids & Proposals and Administration.

G Purushothaman

Has been with the Company for more than two decades. He takes care of day-to-day operations as a Project Manager, Submarine Networks. Co-ordinates work in consultation with the Customer, Dive Team, Vendors/Suppliers. He is also an ISO Internal Auditor.

S Rathinavel

Has been with the Company for almost two decades. He takes care of day-to-day operations as a Project Manager, Terrestrial Networks. Co-ordinates work in consultation with the Customer, Vendors/Suppliers. He is also an ISO Internal Auditor.

S Ramesh

Has been with the Company for almost two decades. He takes care of back-end services for all the Projects. He is also an ISO Internal Auditor.

Devinder K

Has been with the company for 2 years. He is an IMCA Certified Diver up to 50M water depth and certified Decompression Chamber Operator with 16 years experience. He heads the Diving Team at NCTI.
